I was under the care 3 clinical staff in the clinical assessment unit. I am happy to say that I received a great patient care, understanding with kindness. The most important was welcoming, comforting with respect and dignity. All my issues were addressed.
Clinical staff: Mr Constantin P. Ms Katie. Ms Ellen Chan.
Keep up the good work and continue to personal relationship with patients and as demonstrated listen to them when they have a complaint in professional manner. - End.
